PORK CHOPS AND APPLESAUCE

I have a confession to make. I am a complete Brady Bunch nerd. I've seen every episode a million times, went to see BOTH movies BY MYSELF, and have a dog eared copy of "Growing Up Brady" by Barry Williams (aka Greg) which includes a summary of each and every episode.

My sister Amy (also a BBN) and I once stayed up all night watching a Brady Bunch marathon just so we could compare the accuracy of each and every summary that was in the book. Yes. We did. And I have to admit, I am more than happy that my almost two-year old will sit quietly and watch episodes of ...

Even if you wipe your baby's teeth with a clean wash rag, it helps to remove the plaque build up from the milk or formula. As the child gets older, the parent can use a child's toothbrush with a small amount of fluoride-free toothpaste to help ...

EXPERTS DEBATE WHETHER WISDOM TEETH NEED TO GO

If you're one of the millions of people who have gotten their wisdom teeth out "just because you thought you needed to", you're not alone.

Ask most oral surgeons and they'll tell you that you're better off safe than sorry when it comes to wisdom teeth. Have them out early and your risk for long-term problems including infections and decay are low, they say. If you wait and do encounter problems, removal will carry more risks.

In recent years, though, there has been some debate about the wisdom of removing wisdom teeth where there is no pressing dental concern.

A research review published during the summer by the Cochrane Collaboration concluded that there ...

TIME FOR A FRESH START

The beginning of a new year is the perfect time to make some changes. Whether it's your personal or professional life, let's face it...there is always room for improvement.

The hardest part is being brave enough to acknowledge that a change is needed. Then, the second hardest part, is sticking to whatever is needed to make that change. We here at North Palm Beach Dentistry, have made resolutions to better both our personal and professional ...
